How far in advance should I book you?
To ensure you receive your branding photos precisely when you need them, we highly recommend booking our professional photography services at least 1 to 2 months in advance. However, if you have a time-sensitive project and need them sooner, please reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate you in our schedule.
Can you come to our office?
Yes. If you prefer to have your photo session outdoors or want to showcase your office space, we can bring the studio to you. We will discuss locations during the strategy session.
Do you provide makeup and hairstyling?
Absolutely! Our incredible team of makeup artists and hairstylists is trained to create enhanced natural camera-ready looks perfect for business photography. We can help groom either women and men, please enquire about it upon booking.
How long will the session take?
The package you choose will determine the duration of your session. We offer quick 30 minute to one hour headshot sessions, half-day, or full-day sessions. That being said, we are dedicated to working until we capture the perfect shots and you’re fully satisfied with the results.
How many images does each person get?
With the basic headshot package, you’ll receive two high-quality images that are sure to impress. However, often clients love so many of them and it’s difficult to choose just two. When this is the case you can purchase additional ones. All of the photos you receive will be edited in our signature style to ensure they meet our high standards for quality and consistency.
How soon after the shoot do we get the photos?
Your photos will be ready for viewing on the day of your shoot in the studio. Final selection of images will be professionally enhanced and ready for you in two weeks. If you need to rush your images please let us know ahead of time.
What if a team member joins later?
Get in touch and we will photograph them to match, using the same lighting and background, so your set stays consistent as the team grows.
Will you travel?
Absolutely! If you’re interested in working together in another city please enquire and we can discuss how we can help.
